Project One - Social Media Detox
For my first project, I’ve decided to challenge myself with a 7-day social media detox.
Specifically, I will avoid using Instagram and TikTok after 6:00 PM each day.
These two platforms take up a lot of my evening time, often without me realizing how much. I want to see what happens when I create some space from them — especially during the part of the day when I should be winding down.
